1. The surveyor performs research regarding the historical records of your parcel as well as those around it.
2. A survey is conducted in the field which measures, marks and maps the easement of your parcel by collecting data.
3. After the historical records and the data collected in the field are compared, the surveyor reconciles this information.
4. When finished reconciling, the surveyor creates a drawing of your parcel that shows a plan of the property, highlighting easements.
